Neither my 2020 highlander platinum nor my 2021 sienna LE will work with entune, at all. Its supposed to have a map app, and other stuff, and it just refuses to connect. either the toyota app connects, or the entune app connects(but refuses to work). I gave up and use android auto instead, as it replaces their crappy map app with a better one.
